Meet the team
Lance started his career in luxury carpet installations as an apprentice at 16 years old. During his six-year apprenticeship learning and experiencing the different installation processes for each type of flooring.
As time went by he fell in love with the flooring industry. Lance found that his love for flooring made him a quick learner and clients enjoyed his knowledge and enthusiasm. For Lance, it is the idea that you can take a house and turn it into your home by simply putting new floors in. This realization made him decide to open his own business!
Wanting to build a company that prides itself on expertise, excellence, and a strong work ethic. Lance founded LG Kramer Flooring in November of 2009 with the core focus on quality installations and premium customer service.
Gianna is the "G" that makes up LG Kramer Flooring. As a Sarasota native, she grew up watching houses become homes, and builders develop the town she adores.
It has always been a dream of hers to work alongside her husband in their flooring business. Gianna has a science and marketing background and focuses on the LG Kramer Flooring customer experience. She is known for creating an upbeat and fun flooring adventure for each client.
Outside of LGK, Gianna focuses on giving back to the community. She is the founder of Marketing on Main, Sarasota's Premier Networking event. Her love for fostering great relationships is truly a talent of hers, and you will feel that sense of family when you work with the LG Kramer Flooring company.
