Lance started his career in luxury carpet installations as an apprentice at 16 years old. During his six-year apprenticeship learning and experiencing the different installation processes for each type of flooring.
As time went by he fell in love with the flooring industry. Lance found that his love for flooring made him a quick learner and clients enjoyed his knowledge and enthusiasm. For Lance, it is the idea that you can take a house and turn it into your home by simply putting new floors in. This realization made him decide to open his own business!
Wanting to build a company that prides itself on expertise, excellence, and a strong work ethic. Lance founded LG Kramer Flooring in November of 2009 with the core focus on quality installations and premium customer service.

Gianna is the "G" that makes up LG Kramer Flooring. As a Sarasota native, she grew up watching houses become homes, and builders develop the town she adores.
It has always been a dream of hers to work alongside her husband in their flooring business. Gianna has a science and marketing background and focuses on the LG Kramer Flooring customer experience. She is known for creating an upbeat and fun flooring adventure for each client.
Outside of LGK, Gianna focuses on giving back to the community. She is the founder of Marketing on Main, Sarasota's Premier Networking event. Her love for fostering great relationships is truly a talent of hers, and you will feel that sense of family when you work with the LG Kramer Flooring company.

Karissa is our outstanding customer relations representative, and is
also a part of our marketing team with LG Kramer Flooring. She grew up
on Longboat Key.
She is passionate about helping people, and is inspired by design and home beautification. Karissa helps feature the projects that we are currently working on, or shows the public our finished installations. Customer service is a field she has been in for over 9 years, and she has excelled in marketing for over 5 years.
Clients enjoy her upbeat personality; she is also pretty funny. Priding herself in organization, excellence, and creating an enjoyable experience, you can trust you are in good hands from scheduling an appointment to visit our showroom, to remodeling your home or property. Lance and Gianna asked Javen to join the growing LGK team due to his extensive construction experience, his attention to detail, and his passion to treat everyone as if they are an extended part of his family.
Javen is bilingual, OSHA 30 certified, and has managed over one million square feet of flooring projects ensuring you are in experienced hands when you move forward with LG Kramer Flooring.
